Our Family

Passed down through generations from father to son, my love for food and passion for cooking stems from my father. My fondest memories as a child are of helping him in the kitchen, creating delicious meals using locally sourced ingredients from my home town Calabritto, Italy.

From the fresh, warming taste of chilli grown in our gardens, to the sweet, crunchy taste of hazelnuts roasted by hand, I am bringing the food my father shared with me, to you.
